Maintenance
If you have an existing web site and you just want to update a client list, or a couple of phone numbers; no problem! Even if we didn't originally design or develop your site, if you provide us FTP access to it; we'll take care of the rest!
Whether it's design or development we offer two options. We only have one rule, and that is: maintenance cannot be applied to original development/design times or costs.
Pre-paid Maintenance Packages
Since there is comfort in knowing and having repeat business we offer pre-paid maintenance packages. These packages allow our clients a chance to get work done at slightly cheaper prices and in a more efficient manner. Additionally, the work is billed by the minute, rather than the quarter hour.
Example; a 13 minute update would only takes 13 minutes off the remaining allotted maintenance time.
Our Packages
- A 5 hour maintenance package takes $5 an hour off our hourly rate.
- Our 10 hour package takes $10 an hour off our hourly rate.
- The 20 hour package takes $15 an hour off our hourly rate.
Standard Billing
With our standard billing option, you pay our hourly rate in quarter hour increments. This option best suits the clients that don't know how often they will be needing maintenance work or don't want to have to put the money out in advance. If a maintenance package is not purchased, this is how all maintenance and updates will be billed*.
